What a beautiful illustration of how Jesus built bridges for the unaccepted into the Father’s arms of love and grace, and how we as followers can build bridges of listening, love and grace to those different than we are.

I will l readily admit that I have prejudice in my blood. I have long been leery of other races and religions, of people who speak in a foreign accent, or who speak another language when I am present, and of people who may not be as responsible as I in finding work and getting their lives in proper order. Yes, I have a lot of problems in this area. I joined the Bridges group to try and get some direction and answers to deal with this prejudice, and it has helped tremendously.
