Beloved in His Sight

In you the Father takes delight.

Your heart’s His infinite abode;

You are beloved in His sight.

Forever rescued from the night,

Unlocked the chains, removed the load;

In you the Father takes delight.

If doubt or fear occurs, hold tight

To God whose mercy overflows;

You are beloved in His sight.

Allow the Spirit to ignite

His love’s free gift inside you sowed.

In you the Father takes delight.

Let Jesus’ boundless grace take flight;

His image through your grace is shown.

You are beloved in His sight.

Not known His love’s depth, width or height

Yet naught a reason ‘twill erode.

In you the Father takes delight;

You are beloved in His sight.

The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save.

He will take great delight in you.

He will quiet you with His love.

He will rejoice over you with singing. (Zephaniah 3:17)
